Today the entertainment team is off. But tomorrow they will be back in force!
Tip: Barefoot country
Feel different Erve Brooks surfaces with your bare feet. Children will be impressed by this hour and a half experience for their little feet. This is a unique outdoor activity for them; They run through muddy paths and feel the grass tickle between their toes. In the meantime, parents can relax at the adjacent lake or join in with their children and also experience barefoot life.
Time to relax: Wim Hof breathing session and cold water dipping
Step out of your comfort zone and take on a new challenge! Under guidance, you will work on Wim Hof breathing techniques and learn how to cold water dip safely. This contributes to your blood circulation and oxygen supply, reduces stress, works anti-inflammatory and is also an incredibly cool challenge to push your limits!
